Preheat oven to 375°
Warm milk to 105-115°, pour into large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and yeast, mix until yeast dissolves.
Add melted butter and eggs mix well.
Add salt and 2½ C flour, mix until smooth.
Stir in the rest of the flour until easy to handle, should be a soft dough.
Turn out onto floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
Put dough into large oiled mixing bowl cover with tea towel and let rise until double.
Grease 9X13 baking dish.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves together in small bowl.
Punch down dough and take half of it and roll out into rectangle about ½ inch thick. Sprinkle with brown sugar mixture.
Roll up jelly roll style and cut into 10 equal slices. Put into greased baking dish.
Do the same with other half of dough.
Cover with tea towel and let rise in warm place until double.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly brown on top.
Cool on wire rack.
Ice with basic powdered sugar icing while still a little warm.
