Hi, I am Maryan. Yes, it is spelled with just one “n”. I live in the Ozarks of North Arkansas. We have what some call a small farm consisting of an old orchard, garden space a few backyard chickens as well as a few cows and yes of course a dog and some cats. I love the country life, it is full of adventure and learning experiences. Each new season brings with it a change of pace for humans, animals and nature itself. Cooking and baking with the fruits of our labor brings me great joy. Spring and Summer are spent growing and harvesting the bounties of our land. Fall is a time of gathering all together in preparation for the chill of Winter. The cold winter months bring the crafter in me to the surface. I enjoy crocheting, sewing, paper crafts and writing. I hope you enjoy the parts and pieces of this country life I will share with you. My goal is to provide some bit of country joy to my site visitors.
